Erin Andrews Gets Engaged to a Hockey Player

Erin Andrews has come a long way from her days working as a reporter for college basketball games on ESPN. She is now easily the most famous female sports reporter in the United States. She is a sideline reporter for National Football League games for Fox. She also got a coveted job when she replaced Brooke Burke as the co-host of “Dancing with the Stars” on ABC. Andrews recently announced that she had accepted a marriage proposal from a hockey player for the Los Angeles Kings. Jarret Stoll popped the question to the 38-year-old Andrews. The happy couple are said to be planning a summer wedding in 2017.

 

Andrews and Stoll have been dating for three years. Friends say that they are perfect for each other because they are both very easy to get along with. This will be the first marriage for Andrews. She has had several long romantic relationships in the past. However, she has said that she waited to get married because she wanted to be sure she chose the right guy. Apparently, Stoll had been planning the surprise proposal for quite some time. Andrews and Stoll had not announced the engagement in a public manner. However, questions of their impending nuptials began to surface when Andrews was spotted wearing a very large diamond ring during an interview she did for Fox with Richard Sherman of the Seattle Seahawks. She then confirmed the engagement with several posts on social media. She received many congratulatory messages from friends and fans.
